Healthy Recipes Part 17: Healthy Homemade Cajun Chicken Pizza

A quick ,easy to make and healthy thin based alternative pizza


1 Byblos Wholemeal Lebanese bread
Reduced Salt Tomato paste
150g  Grilled chicken Breast
100g low fat cotttage cheese
1 slice of virginia ham shredded
handful kidney beans/white beans
cajun seasoning
black pepper
1/2 Cup Sliced Onion
1/2 Cup Sliced Green Capsicum
30g shredded parmesan



Spread tomato paste over lebanese bread, then add cottage cheese, chicken breast, ham  and veggies and beans. sprinkle with seasoning and then add parmesan cheese.
Place on tray in preheated oven on 180 degrees, for 15 mins or until cooked. keep an eye on it depending on how well you like your pizzaz cooked
