Quick and Simple and perfect for a preworkout meal if you are in a rush….
30g Quick Oats/Rolled Oats
1/2 Scoop Vanilla WPI
Small handful of blueberries
1 Egg white
teaspoon of cinnamon
1 or 2 tbsp water, depending on consistency
1 teaspoon of stevia
Add all ingredients to a mug and mix together, put mug into the microwave for 1 to 2 mins until firm, checking that it doesn’t overflow.
