Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia in 2006 and after 2 years in Victoria because of sponsorship commitments, I decided to move to Cairns, first of all, to follow one of my dreams of teaching scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef, which I was doing for 3 years for Pro Dive Cairns.
Then i decided that I could also fulfill another goal while i was here and that was to share my passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle, so, as a result, decided to dedicate my full time to Fitness Coaching and Personal Training in Cairns.
I am passionate about many different sports, love my Snowboarding, Scuba Diving, Soccer, Bodybuilding. Hiking and to be active and most of all, like to tackle any challenge thrown at me.
It is important in my mind to practice what I preach so therefore I like to live a healthy lifestyle, stick to a heathy balanced eating plan and when I train, I train hard.

Hi guys, I’m Zuzana and i will be your Peakperformance365 Fitness Trainer in Cairns
I am originally from Slovakia in Eastern Europe but moved to Australia in 2011 to study English, where i was only supposed to stay for 9 months but fell in love with the Cairns area,weather and lifestyle.
Coming from a dancing background i started resistance training at home with my brother about 5 years ago. This passion for training has led me to compete in Bikini and Fitness Model competitions across Australia in the last couple of years.
I wanted to, furthermore, help others and share my passion and knowledge of the fitness lifestyle with others so decided to do my PT course.
I Believe anyone can change, it just depends how much you want it! If you want something bad enough you will pull out all the stops to get it. Dedication and hard work will get you there, just keep believing in yourself.

Hello. my name is Sandra and I’m incredibly excited to be part of the Peakperformance365 team.
I’m originally from Germany and came to Australia on a Working Holiday Visa in 2010. I have always loved being active doing horse riding, ballroom dancing and cycling since i was a teenager so once I had moved to Cairns I decided to sign up for pole dancing classes which I quickly became addicted to and, as a result, started teaching about 3 years later.
This made me realize how much I enjoyed helping people learn to rediscover their bodies’ potential, therefore I decided to sign up for my Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness.
Due to the fact i hadn’t been to a gym before (except for attending a few group fitness classes) I quickly came to the conclusion that I needed a personal trainer to show me the practical side. That’s how I met Al & Zu.
I’m currently in the process of studying for my Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science.
What I can do for you is I can help you find your love for movement so your training becomes, first of all, something you look forward to instead of something you dread. I believe with the right guidance and support it is possible for anyone to lead a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.
