We know how daunting entering a gym or starting a new fitness goal can be for some people.we want use this initial meeting to get to know you, and most importantly for you to know us, to put your mind at ease and make you feel comfortable in choosing our team to help you along your new fitness journey. In this meeting we will also review your current training schedule and diet.
One-on-One Personal Training Cairns
- 1 HOUR SESSIONS
- All experience levels catered for
- Min 10 Sessions(paid upfront) – $75 per session ($750)
- Complete focus of trainer for entire session. Be guided, supported and pushed when needed
- Learn correct exercise technique.
- Regular weigh ins/ caliper test.
- Complete Nutritional support and guidelines
- Customised Workouts provided for outside our Sessions
- Achievable short term and long term goals.
Training in Couples/Small Groups
- MONEY SAVING OPTION
- Train with a friend, partner or colleagues
- Min 10 Sessions(paid upfront) – Couples $100 / 3 or 4 Persons $120
- Push each other to the next level.
- NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS
- Previous Experience in A Gym, Basic Exercise Technique, Gym access and a basic understanding of Nutrition and Calorie Counting Preferred
- Min 12 weeks(paid upfront)
- $40 per week
- Initial Skype Consultation / Monthly Skype Check In
- Full Phone, Text and and Email support
