By using exercise like this, single leg kb deadlifts, assisted pistol squats, bulgarian lunges etc it helps you with any imbalances you may have.
I know it really helps me. I ruptured a disc in my back in my 20s and never realised how much i favoured my left hand side until i started using single leg exercises as These exercises have really help me to work on these imbalances.
