I have recently finished a 20 session personal training program with Al and Zu the owners of Peak Performance 365 . The guys were great! They were both really friendly and super knowledgeable about all aspects of improving my fitness. We concentrated on improving my strength at my request. I work in an office environment so was as strong as a kitten.
Al managed to carefully work around some old injuries I had and we gradually managed to built things to get some great results that I was really happy with.
For me the best part of having these guys help me out was the fact that they made me feel accountable and pushed me through any excuses I had to avoid training. I learnt a lot about the correct techniques for lifting weights and using the gym equipment correctly.
I would happily recommend these guys to anyone looking for some motivation to improve there wellbeing, energy levels and strength.

I brought my husband a 10 hour PT package for his birthday, he loved Al’s training so much that myself and he joined up for a further 10 hours together. The best thing about the training is AL comes to our house to do the training each week. AL’s training is awesome we have seen the results straight away and we kept motivated with the home program AL had set for us. He also helped us with our diet which was fantastic. I did PT with Zu for about 15 months and I can say that she truly cares about the results. She gives 100% and is always there for you, with Zu no question is stupid or dismissed, she understand is all new for you and each person body time and composition are different.You will need to commit, but she will also help you with that, I am skeptical about things, for me I need to see it to believe it, and I can say, that my results were very visible and it’s all credits to Zu’s knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Zu for your body transformation and new lifestyle.
