Healthy Recipes Part 19: Cranberry and Coconut Granola


250g Rolled Oats
100g Crushed Peanuts
2 Tbsp Creamed Honey
50g Coconut
100g  Dried Cranberries
2 Tbsp Macadamia Nut Oil
100g Sesame Seeds
Teaspoon Cinnamon
Teaspoon Nutmeg
3 Tbsp Stevia


Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Put on a baking tray and grill on a moderate heat for 20 mins checking and mixing every couple of minutes until toasted.
Great on its own or served with Greek Yoghurt.
