Treat Yourself To A New FoodDon’t stick to a diet with 8 bland foods – its a sure fire way to fail, treat yourself to a new food every now and again, as long as you are hitting your macros, its fine.
Watch A Motivating MovieWatch a movie like ROCKY It is a great way for motivation. He had to overcome a lot of obstacles in order to be as great as he was. He didn’t like training, but he never quit.
Set Small GoalsSet reasonable goals – ie lose 3 kg in 2 months, then add these small goals together. Get the picture.
Listen To Upbeat Music!Listen to music like dance or heavy metal. It will get you pumped as its higher tempo.Music has power to get your mind away from the fact that you’re training intense.
Have a rest DayTake 1 or 2 rest days per week. I mean no cardio, no lifting, nothing but your diet. A rest day is important to maintain your level of concentration , to grow and recover and to lift harder.
Train For Your Health!Train for your health. If you want to stay healthy enough, you will continue to train and eat healthy. There is not other sport I know of that eats healthier than bodybuilding.
Get A Training PartnerGet a buddy to train wit you. Nothing better than having a buddy help you reach your goals with the help of his motivation.

You could spend years fumbling around a gym without a goal and without seeing results.A personal trainer will set you training and nutrition goals and be there to motivate you. Would you try and build a house yourself without asking a builder for help – hell no!
Revenge/Try To Impress People!I see more bodybuilders rise from relationship break ups. Nothing sweeter than walking past your ex when you are looking a million dollars
Use Pictures To Motivate!Use pictures to motivate you. Compare different before and after pictures. Keep chipping away at that physique.
Change Your RoutineChange your routine every 8-12 weeks. It will get boring doing the same routine day after day, week after week. Changing it up will keep you motivated instead of just doing the same old routine and just lifting to get it done.
