Healthy Recipes Part 13: Chocolate Mousse

You could make this healthier option for a dinner party dessert and i guarantee your guests will mistake it for the real deal.
Perfect for end of day treat to kill any chocolate cravings.


1 scoop optimum nutrition Casein( cookies and cream/chocolate/ choc peanut putter)

1 Tbsp 100% Cocoa
200ml water
2 Tsp Stevia
150g Low Fat Cottage Cheese/Ricotta Cheese
10g walnuts(optional)



Place all ingredients in a blender(put water in first to prevent clogging)
Pour contents into a bowl and leave in fridge for 30 mins to set.
