Roasted Pears with Feta

Just a simple one. Perfect side dish to follow your morning omlette.


1 Pear

crumbled feta cheese



1.Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Wash, halve and core pear. Spray each half with cooking spray, place on baking sheet, skin side down and sprinkle with black pepper a tiny bit of sea salt. Bake  for 20mins

2. Remove from oven and sprinkle with feta before serving.
