Wholemeal Banana & Walnut loaf



4 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Splenda

1 Whole Egg

1 Egg white

1 1/2 Cups Wholemeal Self Raising Flour

3 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

3 Ripe bananas

1/4 cup Water

40g walnuts

3 tsp Baking Powder



Mix Oil,splenda, eggs and mashed bananas together. Then add the wholemeal flour and protein powder together with the baking powder and fold into the wet mix.add a little water  and finally the walnuts.

Pour mix into  lightly greased loaf tin and place in a preheated( 200 degrees) oven for 40 mins.
