Al, THANK YOU once again for your INSPIRATION, GUIDANCE, and constant SUPPORT. I no longer recognize my own reflection in the mirror. You are truly amazing. I am 18kg down now. And will NEVER look back. Thank you.

I did PT with Zu for about 15 months and I can say that she truly cares about the results. She gives 100% and is always there for you, with Zu no question is stupid or dismissed, she understand is all new for you and each person body time and composition are different.You will need to commit, but she will also help you with that, I am skeptical about things, for me I need to see it to believe it, and I can say, that my results were very visible and it’s all credits to Zu’s knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Zu for your body transformation and new lifestyle.

Al has a passion for both fitness and life, making you feel that anything is possible. His support and encouragement is unwavering.
My Will power (or lack of it) has always been an issue for me; Al has been a complete rock, picking me up when I’m down and pointing me in the right direction.
He is able to see my limitations but also see when these can be pushed. Amazingly it doesn’t matter how exhausted I am, he can still make me smile. He has a gift for personal training, seeing me as an individual not just a client. It would be hard to miss how much Al truly cares.

I am thrilled that I joined up with these guys. My trainer Sandra is inspiring and so positive and engaging. I love going to see her and her approach has created real change in my body shape but also has given me the shift in my mindset that I needed and resulted in a growing confidence in myself.
