Kickstart your day with the ultimate breakfast.

When people tell you breakfast is the most important meal of the day they are not lying.

A good breakfast will set you up for the rest of the day and kick start your metabolism

Try this recipe for pancakes in a morning to start your day off with some good slow release carbs and a whopping 54 grams of protein.

100 gram rolled oats

100 gram apple

250 ml egg whites(approx 9 egg whites)

1 whole egg

50 gram Low Fat Cottage Cheese

teaspoon Cinnamon

Put all ingredients in blender and mix

Use a little canola/olive oil spray to coat pan. Pour in mixture and turn when  golden. Makes 4- 5 pancakes.
