Healthy Recipes Part 18: Peanut Butter & Coconut Protein Cookies


Ingredients(makes 6 cookies)

2 eggs
2 scoops Vanilla Whey
1/2 cup Natural peanut Butter
60g  Rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla essence
20g Shredded Coconut.
1 tablespoon of Stevia/Natvia


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then place mixture in cookie sized mounds on a non stick oven tray.
Stick in preheatedd oven on 150 degrees for 20 mins. Leave to cool to room temperature and serve.
