Ingredients:(8 servings)
4 tsp Stevia
2 scoops optimum nutrition vanilla whey protein
40g Greek Yoghurt
300g Wholemeal Plain Flour
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 banana
½ cup almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
40g Almonds
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl(minus the almonds), and mix together.
Place mixture in a non stick loaf tin.
Drop Almonds on top of mixture.
Bake in Pre heated Oven on 180 degrees Celcius for 30 mins
